- 1 Cup Chopped Dates
- 1 1/4 Cup Organic Oats
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Nuts and Seeds (I used walnuts and sunflower seeds for mine)
- Soak your chopped dates in 1/2 cup hot water for 15 min.
- Put all ingredients in the food processor and whizz for around 15 seconds.
- Roll 1 teaspoon of mix into a ball.
- OPTIONAL: Roll in coconut or crushed nuts.
