A seriously thick and creamy breakfast smoothie that you will want to make again tomorrow. … and the next day



2 Ripe Bananas

5 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

2/3 Cup of Organic Oats

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 handful Almonds

2 cups Almond milk


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Allow to sit in the blender / or glass for a couple minutes before serving as this gives the smoothie time to thicken up nicely.


  1. If you like your smoothies to be a little colder, use frozen bananas or add a few ice blocks when making it.
  2. This recipe makes TWO BIG serves, so double up as needed. If you’re making it for little kids, then this will be enough for 3 – 4 kids serves.
