Valentines day is closing in and I’ve got the perfect start to the morning covered. Whip up this amazing Clean Eating Raspberry Smoothie in less than 60 seconds. It says ‘I love you’ in 50 shades of pink!
- 1 Cup Frozen (or fresh) Raspberries
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 10 ice cubes (about 1 cup)
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. This takes around 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- NOTE: You can freeze the smoothie really well, just thaw and stir before drinking.
