- 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients together for around 15 – 20 seconds on high speed.
- Pour into bowl or small containers (makes around 2 small cups).
- Allow to set overnight in the fridge.
- Serve chilled with sliced fruit.
