Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together for around 15 – 20 seconds on high speed.
  2. Pour into bowl or small containers (makes around 2 small cups).
  3. Allow to set overnight in the fridge.
  4. Serve chilled with sliced fruit.
