I'm always a little embarrassed at the state of my recipe collection. I have scraps of paper with scribbled recipes, countless photo's of recipes on my phone and I won't even begin to mention the recipe books I have collected over the years. The thing is (and this is where it gets embarrassing) I only actually cook a handful of the recipes.

I tend to choose the easy option of cooking something I know by heart or the kind of food that doesn't need a recipe (the meat and veg kind of meal). And let's face it - it can get a little boring. Last year I decided to put together a Recipe Binder where I write down recipes I've tried and the family likes (the number of recipes I try does NOT EQUAL the number of meals the family likes). I have many a failed dinner recipe, but those that I keep are the ones I cook again.
Since starting a Recipe Binder, I have been adding Recipes to it quite regularly. Which is awesome! I'm building up a little stash of recipes which I can refer to when I'm stuck on what to add to my weekly meal plan. It's taken a lot of the stress out of the 'What shall I feed the family' issue.
How to Use your Recipe Template
So, on that note, I thought I would add this One Page Recipe Template Printable to this 21 Days of Printables Series. Simply print off as many copies as you like and start keeping track of the recipes that work for your family. Pop them in a pretty binder and you my friend, have just created your very own Family Recipe Book.
