Clean Eating Homemade Peanut Butter Granola. Makes 5 cups of crunchy refined sugar free breakfast granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup 100% peanut butter
  • 1/4 honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160’C / 320F.
  2. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. The easiest way to do this is with your hands. You want to get everything well mixed and evenly coated with honey and peanut butter.
  4. Spread out mixture on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking to make sure granola is evenly cooked.
  5. Serve with yogurt or chilled milk.
