Do you need a little pick me up? Are you feeling a little overwhelmed or out of control? Or maybe you just want a moment to endulge in a bit of that ‘organised glow’? Take back control and download these Healthy Eating Meal Planning printables.
I put this set of printables together as a pack to help you set achieve some Healthy Family Goals, but they can be used separately from one another. So get them all or pick and choose the ones you want.
The Toolkit was designed to work alongside my 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge (You can get the Free Clean Eating with Kids Recipe Book here).
I love that organised feeling. It doesn’t happen as often as I’d like, but every now and then I get to sit back and endulge in that smug ‘ I’ve got my sh*t together’ bliss.
Like when my lawn is freshly mowed.
Or when I clean my fridge.
Or overhaul my pantry (with about 50 of these airtight jars)
Or shave my legs and wash my hair. On the SAME day!
As I said – it doesn’t happen often.
I used to be really hard on myself when I failed. Always focussing on the things I didn’t do rather that giving myself credit for the stuff I did do. I constantly compared myself to others and this left me feeling permanently behind in my day, work and life in general.
If you’ve been trying to eat healthy, lose a little weight or generally cut some bad habits out or your life, then chances are you’ll know what I’m talking about here.
A week of ‘good food choices’ doesn’t just vanish if you indulge in a chocolate biscuit or a piece of pizza. Your home doesn’t suddenly turn into a pigsty if you go to bed without washing the dishes.
Life needs a little balance. Some days we rock our goals, but on others we’re lucky if we change out of our PJ’s. It truly is OK to drop the ball every now and again. Rather than beating yourself up, simply cut yourself some slack or give yourself a little hug and call it a day.
And start again tomorrow.
This toolkit is jammed packed with 10 seriously useful Meal Planning Printables as well as a few Planners and Worksheets to help you achieve your goals. Use one or use them all.
