- 3 cups grated potato
- 2/3 cup plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- STEP 1 Heat your oven to 400F and line two oven trays with baking paper. Grate your peeled potatoes. I use around 6 – 8 medium sized potatoes for three cups of grated potato.
- STEP 2 Mix all ingredients together.
- STEP 3 Spoon 12 even amounts onto your baking tray and flatten out. The thinner you flatten, the faster they cook.
- STEP 4 Bake for round 15 – 20 min until Hash browns are golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
