Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Oats
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup ice blocks (OPTIONAL – To make it icy cold)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enough for 4 serves.
