Ingredients
1TinWhite beansCannellini, Haricot, Butter beans
½CupMilkDairy, Oat
1CupCheddarStrength to suit, shredded
Instructions
Drain and rinse the beans, add to a blender
Add the milk to the blender
Blend on high speed until the beans and milk are totally smooth
Transfer to a small pan and heat on a medium heat
Add your Cheddar cheese and whisk continuously as the sauce simmers
