These Clean eating Tacos look a bit like junk food, but they’re a really good meal to feed your family when you first make the move to eating clean. They’re what I would call a fun food, the kids love putting their own toppings on them and choosing what they’re going to have. They’re a little messy, which is fine, they’re impossible to be eaten gracefully and what kid doesn’t love messy, hands covered in food sort of food?

This makes enough to season around 500g / 1 lb of mined beef.
