1CupRaspberries Frozen
1CupCherries Frozen

½CupCoconut Milk
1tbspChia Seeds

Instructions
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. This takes around 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
NOTE: You can freeze the smoothie really well, just thaw and stir before drinking.
