Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth
Pour into glasses and serve
Notes
If you are using fresh fruit, then add a handful of ice to the blender.
You can use any milk base if you want to replace the coconut milk. For a milder coconut milk, simply mix 1 part coconut milk to 1 part water.
Add a couple spoons of superfood greensif you want to sneak an extra dose of nutrients and vitamins in for the kids.
