For those times when you want something sweet, easy and satisfying this healthy apple mug cake is the gonna hit the spot. It's made with a fresh apple, cooked in the microwave and uses oatmeal for the topping. Add a little cream, maple syrup or nothing else at all and this little mug of deliciousness will put paid to those cravings :)

Ingredients
1Apple Peeled and cut into thin wedges
2tbspOatmeal
1tspButter
1tspCinnamon Ground
1tspMaple syrup + extra for topping Pure
1tbspWater
Instructions
In a bowl mix the apples with the maple syrup and half the teaspoon of the cinnamon. Put this mixture into a microwavable mug. Add the water
In another bowl, combine the oatmeal, the rest of the cinnamon and the butter and rub it together to make a crumble topping
Put the crumble on top of the apple mix in the mug
Microwave for 2-3 minutes. If the apple is not soft, pop it back into the microwave for another minute
Serve with maple syrup, fresh cream or nothing at all!
