Ingredients

Rump Steak
Cubed
Assorted Fresh Vegetables: Onion / Peppers / Zucchini/ Mushrooms / Pineapple - thickly sliced

Marinade Ingredients:

cup
honey
¼
cup
tamari sauce
low salt soy sauce

cloves
garlic
crushed
½
teaspoon
dried
or crushed ginger

tablespoons
melted butter.
Instructions
Preheat your oven or grill.
Combine all Marinade ingredients.
Construct your Meat and Vegetable Skewers.
Pour honey sauce over skewers.
Cover and allow to marinade for at least an hour.
Cook on med/high heat until meat is cooked through OR grill on a hot Charcoal BBQ for best results.
