Deli Style Fruit 'n Yogurt Cups

Ingredients

cup
chopped fruit
fresh or frozen. For this recipe, I used one cup of fresh mango for the yellow one and one cup of frozen berries for the red one).
½
cup
Greek yogurt
1
Tablespoon
Maple Syrup
Instructions
Blend fruit until smooth.
Stir Maple Syrup into the Greek Yogurt.
In a 250ml cup or jar, pour fruit then spoon in yogurt.
Serve chilled. Refrigerate for up to three days.
