Maple Syrup
Or Rice Malt Syrup

Chia seeds
Instructions
Pulse the fruit BRIEFLY in a food processor (or mash with a fork) until a chunky texture. Don't over mix or the jam will be too runny.
Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup
Transfer to a clean jam jar and leave to set for a couple of hours at room temperature
