Ingredients
2CupsCooked Brown Rice
1Whole BroccoliRaw and chopped into tiny pieces
1tspCrushed ginger
2tbsSoy Sauce Or Tamari
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Heat up a fry pan. Add olive oil and ginger. Sauté for about a minute. Add broccoli and lightly fry until broccoli softens (this will take about 5 minutes)
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir. Fry rice and broccoli mix for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid to steam broccoli further if needed
