Homemade Protein Shake

Ingredients

x Bananas
the riper the better

Almond Butter

rolled oats

teaspoon
vanilla extract

milk
any preferred milk, but I used full fat whole milk in this recipe as almond milk halves the amount of protein per serve.

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
OPTIONAL: sprinkle a little cinnamon on top to serve.
Notes
For a thicker shake, cut the bananas into chunks and freeze them before adding them to the smoothie.
