Ingredients
1CupCherries Fresh (pitted) or frozen
1tbspCoconut sugarOr maple syrup
½tspArrow root To thicken the sauce
1CupWater
Instructions
Mix the arrow root with 4 tsp of water and stir until all the powder is dissolved
Then add all the ingredients into a small pan and bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring it often
Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes
Using a hand blender, the sort you use for soups, blend the sauce until smooth
