These healthy, soft, chewy peanut butter and chocolate chip oatmeal bars are just the easiest thing to make. They take 5 minutes (maybe not even that) to whip up and you can sit back and let the oven do the rest. Breakfast bars? Yep. Lunchbox snacks? Definitely. Afternoon slump pick me up? For sure!

Ingredients
3Eggs
2Very ripe bananas
1½CupsOatmeal
3heaped tbspPeanut buttercheck labels, the ingredients should be only nuts
½CupChocolate chips
1tspBaking powder
Instructions
Heat your oven to 180/340
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl
Add the bananas and mash them with a fork, they need to be mashed, but some small pieces of banana in the mixture are are fine
Add the peanut butter and combine
Add the Oatmeal and baking powder and stir to combine it all together well
Grease your foil or parchment lined baking tray well. This will stick to an unlined and greased baking tray!
Pour your mixture into the tray and bake for 20 minutes
