Clean Eating Chocolate Mousse
Clean Eating Chocolate Chia Mousse is a healthy, guilt-free, chocolate pudding that looks like a bit of a posh dessert. It's blended to a smooth, thick consistency that can eaten just as it is or dressed up with some fresh cream and dark chocolate shavings.

- 2 Cups Almond Milk (see recipe note #1)
- 6 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 5 tbsp Cocoa Unsweetened
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
Blend or process until smooth (for around a minute)
Spoon into a pudding bowl (or cups) and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- You can use any milk for the recipe. I used almond milk for mine as I'm trying to reduce the amount of dairy my family eats.
