Ingredients
1Large Banana Peeled, very ripe, mashed
ΒΌ + 2tbsCupButter Melted
1CupOatmeal I used steel cut oats
2tbspHoney (runny honey!)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190c or 370f and line a small baking tin, or loaf tin
In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until all the lumps have gone
Add the melted butter and honey and mix well with the mashed banana
Combine the oats and mix well
Tip the mixture into your lined tin and use the back of a metal spoon to push the mixture into the pan until it's compacted well
Bake for 15 minutes and then allow to cool down fully before cutting into bars
