What I keep In My Clean Eating Pantry
It's not an all inclusive list, but it is a good roundup of the Clean Eating Ingredients that I use regularly. I try and keep this updated to include new products that we have introduced into our diet - but generally, these are the basic clean eating ingredients that I stock my kitchen with.
Baking
Flour, Grains & cereals
Look for 100% wholegrain varieties without additives or preservatives.

The Family Food Reset: Simple Steps to Clean Eating with Kids
Are you a busy parent struggling to feed your family healthy food? I know the struggle all too well and that's why I wrote The Family Food Reset: Simple Steps to Clean Eating with Kids - A Proven Path to Reclaiming Your Family's Health and Happiness Through Clean Eating.
Sweeteners
I have a very short list of sweeteners that I use in my food. Aside from these I also use Apple Sauce and Pureed dates to sweeten my baking.
Oils
Refined oils scare me. If you haven't read this book on the dangers of refined oils, please do yourself and your family a favor and read it. It has made me a little paranoid so - again - this is a short list. To reduce the amount of olive oil I use, I use an oil dispenser. It really helps.
Other pantry items
I don't make everything from scratch. Far from it. There are tons of excellent products available which I am happy to use rather than spending time in the kitchen. This is a shortlist of things I always stock up on.
